FINANCING - STEP BY STEP:

1. RESERVATION CONTRACT
   

   The first step to financing your new apartment in Zelená stráň is signing the reservation agreement in our office and paying the reservation fee. We reserve your chosen apartment until the signing of the Contract for future agreement, for which we will invite you after the building permit is issued.

   
   
2. FUTURE PURCHASE CONTRACT, for the transfer of the unit ownership rights
   

   On signing The Future purchase contract, for the transfer of the unit ownership rights, you will pay the first payment of the purchase price of the apartment.

   1. PAYMENT represents 20% of the purchase price of the apartment.
Transfer of the apartment ownership rights - HANDOVER OF THE APARTMENT.
The third and the last step towards the purchase of your apartment on Zelená stráň is to sign the Agreement for the Apartment Ownership Rights, as well as to provide a payment of the second payment of the purchase price of the apartment.
2. PAYMENT represents           80% of the purchase price of the apartment. This payment is payed just after finishing construction of residential buildings and colaudation of apartments. Next step is the HANDOVER OF THE APARTMENT.
